Join Sunday Vacations for an extraordinary evening under the stars as we experience two rare celestial phenomena in one night from Volkssterrenwacht Mira in Grimbergen: an 89.5% partial solar eclipse at sunset, followed by the peak of the annual Perseid Meteor Shower.
We’ll kick off the evening with a casual community dinner at Fenikshof right next to the historic Grimbergen Abbey, before moving to the observatory for guided viewing through powerful telescopes, terrace access, and dimmed lights for optimal stargazing.
