  2. Our team reviews every suggestion with care.

  3. If it fits the spirit of Sunday Vacations, we explore logistics and interest.

  4. We may test it with a small group or add it to the calendar.

  5. You may be invited to co-organise if you’re interested.

Limitations & What to Expect

We want to stay transparent about what we can (and cannot) implement right away.

​

1. Feasibility & safety first

Some ideas may not be possible due to:
• Safety concerns
• Lack of transport access
• Weather or seasonal restrictions
• Legal or organisational constraints

​

2. Minimum interest required

We publish activities when there is enough interest from the community.
If only a few people express interest, we may postpone or test it later.

​

3. Budget considerations

Some trips or experiences may be too costly for most members.
We aim to keep Sunday Vacations accessible, so certain luxury or niche ideas may not be prioritised.

​

4. Partner availability

Some suggestions involve external partners (restaurants, venues, DMCs, guides, hotels…).
We depend on their availability, pricing, and conditions.

​

5. International trips require planning time

Destination ideas are always welcome-but long, complex trips need:
• Several months of planning
• Minimum group size
• Reliable local partners

So not every suggestion can be organised immediately.

6. Alignment with the Sunday Vacations spirit

We keep activities:
• Social
• Inclusive
• Safe
• Culturally respectful
• Suitable for a 25–45 expat/professional audience

​

Ideas that fall outside this spirit may not be selected.
