✔ Standard organising fees apply depending on the type of event
Organising fees for Explorer members:

Brussels social mixers: mostly free

Day trips in Belgium: €5 organising fee per event

Normal organising fees for European trips (€10–€50)

International trips: €100 organising fee

Voyager - €50 / year
The best choice for active members
Voyager removes most organising fees inside Belgium and offers priority benefits for popular events.
What’s included:
✔ Everything in Explorer
✔ No organising fee for events within Belgium
✔ Normal organising fees for European trips (€10–€50)
✔ International trips: €100 organising fee
✔ Priority access to popular events
✔ Early-bird prices when available
✔ Supports the structure and growth of the non-profit organisation
Perfect for: members who join hikes, local trips, and Brussels events regularly.
Ambassador - €150 / year
Our premium support tier
Ambassadors help us scale the community internationally and enjoy the full range of benefits.
What’s included:
✔ Everything in Voyager
✔ General waiver on all organising fees → you only pay the cost price of trips
✔ Top priority for events with limited spots
✔ Invitations to Ambassador-only meetups
✔ Supports the long-term international expansion of Sunday Vacations
